• Messages are only checked when needed for a command or event, and are not stored unless explicitly configured

• Role and message configuration data is stored for reuse in ticket workflows

3. How Your Data Is Stored

• Data is stored in a single unencrypted JSON file

• The file is stored on a personal computer and virtual server operated by the bot team

• No personally identifiable information (PII) is intentionally collected or stored

4. Who Has Access

• Only authorized team members of Bored Idots, LLC have access to this data

• Data is never shared with third parties

5. User Rights

• Because the stored data is essential to the bot’s operation, users cannot opt out of data collection

• Users may request clarification on what data is stored by contacting the team
