By using the Nøa bot ("the bot"), you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all users of the bot across any Discord server in which it is present.

1. Bot Usage

• Nøa is a support ticket bot that allows users to create and manage support requests within Discord servers.

• Use of the bot constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

• Users may interact with the bot by reacting to specific messages or using commands provided by server moderators or the bot itself.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the bot for illegal activities, harassment, spamming, or actions that violate Discord’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

• Abuse of the bot may result in removal from specific servers or blacklisting from all bot functionality.

3. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain Nøa’s uptime and functionality, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Features may change, be removed, or temporarily disabled at any time without prior notice.

4. Termination

• Server administrators may remove the bot at any time.

• We reserve the right to restrict access to the bot for any reason, especially in cases of abuse or misuse.

• Nøa is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind.

• Bored Idots, LLC is not liable for damages, loss of data, or server disruption resulting from use or misuse of the bot.
